The Wave foot bed of the Cobra was uncomfortable from day one and does not get better with time. On the other hand, I love my old Yucatan's and will take them on my upcoming trip to Greece, leaving the new Cobra's for the give away bag. Other than the foot bed problem, they look nice. Overall, nice design. Now, to the foot-stink problem. Yes, you have to wear socks with sandals - if you wear sandals often enough. If you do not, sour sandals will stink (as your socks would stink without changing and/or washing them). Also, you feet would get dirty. Socks (and modern hygiene in general) is awesome, trust me. Overall, I would highly recommend these sandals to anyone who needs nice and comfortable sandals for everyday wear, and knows what socks are for. |
